Questions families ask

How many plants does Eden's Table cover?

72 across the first two years. Sprouts (grades K-2) teaches 36 plants and Seedlings (grades 3-5) teaches a different 36, one plant a week for 36 weeks each.

Are the herbs included?

No. Each week uses a small amount of a common dried herb from your pantry, your garden, or the herb list we keep for families at edeninstitute.health/homeschool/herbs.

Where should my family start?

Children in K-2 start with Sprouts. Children in grades 3-5 who are new to herbs usually start with Sprouts too, because its 36 plants are the ones Seedlings builds on. Children in grades 3-5 who already know the basics can go straight to Seedlings.
