Nothing on this website or in our courses should be construed as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a diagnosed medical condition.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Eden Institute, its owner, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
17. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
18. Text Message (SMS) Program
We operate a text message program for customers who choose to receive order updates by text. Participation is entirely optional and is never a condition of any purchase.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking a box, which is never pre-checked, at checkout, next to language describing the messages you will receive and providing the mobile number you want us to use. We do not add any number to the program without that affirmative opt-in.
What we send and how often. Messages are transactional and concern an order you placed, such as confirming the order, the amount charged, the expected ship window, your right to cancel before shipment, when it ships, and when it is delivered. Message frequency is low, typically one to three messages per order. Apart from launch alerts, described below, we do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Launch alerts. Separately, you can ask for a text when a new grade band of Eden's Table opens, by giving your mobile number on a waitlist form and checking a box, which is never pre-checked, next to language describing those messages. Launch alerts tell you the opening date of the band you signed up for, or that it is open, with a link to it. Up to three messages per band you sign up for. These are the only promotional texts we send. The cost, STOP, HELP, carrier and information terms in this section apply to them too.
Cost. We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier.
How to stop, and how to get help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, and you will receive a single confirmation that no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@edeninstitute.health or (931) 575-5895. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your order and does not change your email preferences.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.
Your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
