The Eden Institute Biblical Herbalism Education

Free Sample Week

One Real Week,
Yours to Keep.

Eden's Table is a Christ-centered homeschool herbalism curriculum. This is not a preview or a sampler. It is one complete week, five full lessons, the same pages families teach from all year.

Not a science person? You don't have to be. Every word you say is written out, the steps are numbered, and the supplies are listed. Use it as your science and nature study, or add it alongside what's already working.

Choose your grade band

Sprouts: Week 1 is lavender. Smell it, sketch it, brew a cup of tea, and draw it beside Roman arches.

Seedlings: Week 1 is elderberry. Look closely at the berries, cook a batch of syrup, and meet a doctor who wrote a whole book about one shrub.

Questions families ask

Does herbalism belong in a Christian home?

We worship the Creator. We study what He made. Eden's Table is not a remedy guide. Every plant is taught as something God made and gave, never as something with a power of its own. “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth” (Genesis 1:29).

Do I need to know herbs to teach it?

No. Camila isn't an herbalist either. She's a teacher with a Master's in Education, and she wrote it so you can teach it without any background: every word you say is written out, the steps are numbered, and there are notes for little ones and for older kids. New to herbs? Most families start with Sprouts, even with older children.

Is it safe for little ones?

Safety notes are printed right on the page, in your guide and on your child's page. A grown-up pours anything hot. In Sprouts Week 1 your child brews a cup of lavender tea and ties a lavender sachet, and Bear the dog reminds them that lavender essential oil is very strong and is never tasted. If your child takes any medicine, check with your health care provider before using an herb.

Will it work beside my current curriculum?

Yes. It's one plant a week. Use it as your science and nature study, or add it alongside what's already working. Bible, reading, art, history and a little math are woven into each week, so it sits comfortably next to what you already teach.

What happens after I download?

Week 1 lands in your inbox right away, all five days of it. About a week later Camila writes about the weeks that follow, and there's nothing you need to do before then. If you want to keep going, weeks 1 through 9 are $39 as an instant download.
